Feather Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour*
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder*
    1/2 tsp. salt*
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In mixing bowl thoroughly stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Combine egg, milk and cooking oil; add all at once to dry ingredients, beating until blended.
    Bake in hot, lightly greased griddle.
    Makes about 32 dollar size pancakes or about 6 to 8 (4-inch) pancakes.
