Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown and bubbly (approximately 40 to 45 minutes).
