Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Microwave the sugar and Karo syrup on High for 4 minutes.
    Add nuts; stir.
    Cook on High another 4 minutes.
    Add the butter and vanilla and cook on High again for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir quickly until foamy and pour into well-greased pan.
    Do not use butter to grease pan.
    Allow to cool and break apart.
