Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 - 32 large mushrooms capped & washed
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 med. onion - diced
    3 oz. Parmesan cheese grated
    1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Carefully take a spoon and hollow out the mushroom, keep the scrapings. In a skillet brown sausage, onion and mushroom scrapings. Drain. Add Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and parsley to the pan - mix well with sausage, remove from heat and stuff mushrooms. Put mushrooms in a baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
