Christmas Peppermint Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. peppermint extract
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. peppermint candy, crushed
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Mix in extract, flavoring and salt.
Add flour and buttermilk in small amounts, stirring well.
When batter is thoroughly mixed, add crushed candy and stir throughout gently.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
