Cucumber Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large cucumber
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Preparation

Coarsely grate peeled cucumber; drain, reserving liquid.
Stir and soften cream cheese; add lemon juice.
Stir in onion and cucumber.
