Mexican Egg Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
Garlic salt to taste
2 c. water
2 c. Minute Rice
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Fry meat and onion in skillet, adding garlic salt to taste. Drain well.
