Tuna Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients.
Mix well.
Roll in chopped nuts.
Serve with snack crackers.
