Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cut up fryers or several chicken breasts
1 small bottle Russian dressing (Wish-Bone)
1 jar Smucker's apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Preparation

Mix Russian dressing, preserves and onion soup together; marinate chicken overnight, turning occasionally.
Bake
1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, covered; turn once.
Serve with rice.
