Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Cut in butter until mixture is mealy.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Knead lightly on slightly floured board.
    Roll out; cut and bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 8 large biscuits.
