Rin Tin Tiddy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 large onion peeled and sliced
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    6-8 slices American cheese
    3 eggs beaten
    Sugar
    Salt and pepper
Preparation
    In large frying pan melt butter, add chopped onion and simmer until starts to brown.
    Add can tomatoes with 1 tablespoon sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    When hot add 6 - 8 slices cheese. When cheese is melted pour in eggs.
    Stir until egg is cooked. Serve on toast.
    Can add more egg if need to stretch out amount needed.
