Salsa N' Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely diced
    2 cans chopped chili peppers
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    chili powder to taste
    1/2 tsp. lime juice
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Combine everything in an airtight bowl or jar (I prefer glass). Refrigerate overnight so the flavors marry.
    Serve with warm tortilla chips.
