Sweet And Sour Pork Loin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
8 slices bacon
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut meat lengthwise, but not in two.
Pound until meat is 1/2 inch thick.
Cook bacon until limp.
In bacon drippings, cook onion and green pepper until tender.
Stir in rest of ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
Spoon mixture into center of tenderloin.
Wrap bacon around tenderloin and secure with a toothpick.
Bake in covered roaster for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
