Duck And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ducks, cut in pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown ducks in butter.
    Add onion and saute.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Lift ducks on top sauerkraut. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
