Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour over chicken (approximately 4 to 6 pieces). Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours. Keep 1/2 cup of the sauce for marinating while cooking; toss the remaining sauce. Grill or bake until done.
