Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add vanilla, dry ingredients and cinnamon.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
