Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook butter and onion until transparent.
    Add flour to butter mixture.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Mix in chicken broth.
    Add milk.
    Stir together.
    Bring to boil.
    Add Cheez Whiz and let melt.
    May add cooked frozen vegetables.
    May add water to thin. May add mustard for taste.
