Apricot Honey Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. dried apricots (uncooked)
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Soak apricots at least one hour in hot water in covered dish. Put honey, apricots and half of soaking water in blender; puree. Add whipping cream and blend 20 seconds.
    Chill.
    Serve on your favorite cake.
