Chili Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburg
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cornstarch
    1 gal. kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown hamburg, onion
    and
    celery.
    Add 3 gallons water and 1 gallon tomato puree; add seasonings.
    Boil, thicken with cornstarch mixed with
    water.
    Add kidney beans.
    Pressure can 1 hour at 10 pound pressure or cold pack 2 hours.
