Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can French green beans, drained
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Boil first 4 ingredients; let cool and then add remaining ingredients.
    Let
    set
    for a couple of hours or overnight for best flavor.
