Brownie Mocha Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil or almond extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. nuts, if desired
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch or 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix together 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over top.
    Pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over entire batter.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or so.
    Wonderful warm with vanilla ice cream on top.
