Virginia'S Hot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (pre-fried)
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 medium onion
    2 cans Italian tomato sauce
    2 cans water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dice onion and peppers into skillet with butter.
    Cook until medium brown.
    Add tomato sauce, water and seasoning.
    Place pre-fried chicken in pan and pour sauce over chicken.
    Cover.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or in crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours on high.
