Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped or stalks
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. Accent
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli 5 to 10 minutes in very little water; drain and cool.
Mix all other together.
Put broccoli and mixture into large buttered casserole dish.
Crumble Ritz crackers over top and dot with butter.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
