Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. (each) salt, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and cloves
    1 can evaporated milk
    9-inch unbaked pie shell (do not grease pan)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding milk last, until smooth.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven back to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
    Pie is done when knife comes out clean.
