Barbecue Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown the beef, onion and green pepper.
    Drain.
    Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes on low heat.
    Serve on buns.
    Serves 6.
