Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until edge of cookies are golden brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
Makes about 18 macaroons.
