Layered Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce, shredded fine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    2 c. mayonnaise (spread on top)
Preparation
    Mix together 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and sprinkle over mayonnaise.
    Last, sprinkle one package grated (8 ounce) Mozzarella cheese over mayonnaise and top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
