Italian Chicken And Spinach Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (9 x 13-inch) phyllo pastry dough
6 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 large onion, finely chopped
1 large clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 heaping Tbsp. green bottled peppercorns, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
warmed spaghetti sauce
4 sticks unsalted butter
Preparation

Pound out chicken breasts until about 1/8-inch thick.
Combine the remaining ingredients together.
Place about 1/3 cup of the mixture on chicken and spread out.
Roll chicken around spinach.
