Dutch Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 medium cucumbers

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Chill.
Makes a little over a cup.
Peel cucumbers and thinly slice both.
Sprinkle with salt.
Add sour cream dressing.
Toss, chill and refrigerate until ready to serve.
