Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    8 c. bread cubes (seasoned or unseasoned)
    1 packet chicken bouillon mixed with 1 c. water (I use MBT chicken packets)
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley flakes
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 sticks butter
    poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 to 6 tart apples (Granny Smith)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and mix accordingly.
    I usually add melted butter and water if needs to be more moist.
    If the dressing seems moist and tastes good uncooked, you've done it correctly.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
