Twinkies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Combine milk and flour; cook until thick.
    Chill.
    Combine with Crisco, butter, salt, vanilla and sugar.
    Beat until sugar dissolves and filling is light and fluffy.
    Bake Duncan Hines yellow cake mix as directed.
    Chill.
    Split cake horizontally. Spread filling between the 2 layers.
    Slice into bars.
    Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
    Chill.
