French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 slices bread
    butter or oleo
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a shallow dish using a fork.
    Beat in salt, sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Preheat griddle to 360\u00b0.
    Brush with butter.
    Quickly dip bread, one slice at a time, into egg mixture to coat both sides.
    Brown on griddle, turning once.
    Serve at once.
