Sweet-N-Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. spareribs
    2/3 c. dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in saucepan until mixture thickens.
    Brown ribs at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Drain and reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Use 1/2 sauce and cook 30 minutes. Turn spareribs, use remaining sauce and cook 45 minutes.
