Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beat, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cooking sherry wine
    1/4 c. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
    Serve with dumplings, noodles or rice.
    Serves 6 to 8.
