Classic Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/4 c. cream
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dark syrup
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix the last 6 ingredients together well.
    Add 1 cup pecans. Pour into shell.
    Place another 1/4 cup pecans on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
