Cheese Topped Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium tomatoes
1/4 c. soft breadcrumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
dash of dried whole basil
dash of ground oregano
Preparation

Remove stems from tomatoes and cut a 1/4 inch slice from top of each.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Press about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on top of each tomato.
Place tomatoes in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yield:
5 servings.
