Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    8 oz. jar apricot preserves
    8 oz. bottle Red Russian salad dressing
    6 to 8 chicken breasts, skin removed, halved
Preparation
    Skin chicken if necessary. Place bone side up in baking dish. Mix ingredients.
    Pour over chicken. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn chicken over.
    Baste with pan drippings.
    Bake 1/2 hour longer.
