Mom'S Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) bag noodles, cooked
Preparation

In a 6-quart saucepan, saute onions and garlic in margarine. Add hamburger and brown in same saucepan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms and soup and cook over medium heat until heated through.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream and heat until warm.
Serve over cooked noodles.
Serves 6 to 8.
