Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and boned
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 c. milk (1 broth/1 milk)
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 large jar pimentos
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put butter, salt, pepper, onions, celery and bell pepper in large pan.
Cook until soft.
Add flour and milk/broth, cook until thick, continuous stirring required.
Add 1/2 cup cheese.
Stir until melted.
Add pimento, soup, chicken and noodles.
Pour into baking dish.
Top with remainder of the cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes or until brown and cheese melts.
