Overnight Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 large green pepper
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut or grate cabbage, pepper and onion and sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar over all; mix.
    Combine other ingredients in small saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage mixture and mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
