Sausage Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large firm tomatoes
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 lb. mild bulk pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Cut tops from tomatoes and scoop out pulp.
    Chop and combine pulp with bread crumbs, celery, green peppers and sausage.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle inside of shells with salt and pepper.
