Oven Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, diced
    6 slices bread, cubed
    9 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook sausage and/or fry bacon.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Set in refrigerator overnight in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
