Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. Cajun spice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish.
    Mix flour and Cajun spice together.
    Roll chicken in mixture.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
    Cover with foil while cooking.
    Uncover for last 5 to 10 minutes.
