Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 medium onions
5 large potatoes
10 pork chops or pork loin slices
Preparation

Mix soup with two cans of water in large casserole dish; quarter potatoes.
Salt and pepper as desired.
Place potatoes in soup.
Lightly brown the pork.
Add to the mixture.
Peel onions and slice thinly.
Place slices over the meat.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
