Chicken And Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. vermicelli
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella
Preparation
    Combine 1 tablespoon Parmesan and flour.
    Toss zucchini and chicken pieces in it, then place in microwave-safe casserole. Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes, stirring once.
    Combine 1 tablespoon Parmesan and crumbs.
    Sprinkle over chicken.
    Cover with paper towel and cook 2 minutes.
    Spoon 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over crumbs and sprinkle cheese over sauce.
    Cook, uncovered, about 2 minutes until chicken is done and cheese is melted.
    Serve with vermicelli and remaining sauce.
