Three Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Gruyere Swiss
    3/4 lb. baby Swiss
    4 oz. Mozzarella
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 to 3 one-half pt. heavy cream
    paprika
    bacon bits
    4 1/2 lb. potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate cheeses.
    Parboil potatoes for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, then grate them.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown on top.
