Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium onions, sliced
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Peel and slice onions; boil until transparent.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
    Add milk, cracker crumbs and cheese. Stir in onions while hot.
    Pour into a 1 1/4-quart casserole dish. Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Will freeze well.
