Ingredients

4 large well beaten eggs
1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into heavy frying pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes. It turns out good and brown.
