Chocolate Mint Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. heavy whipped cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Prepare crust and let cool. Fill with the following:
Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in chocolate, vanilla and peppermint.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, 3 minutes each.
Fold in whipped cream. Garnish with grated chocolate.
Chill overnight or 4 hours minimum.
