Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly, add oleo, sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Beat again until well blended.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into pie pan and it forms its own crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
